Tak banyak ilmu yang dapat,because,lecturer dok discuss about the online task...nevermind... sebab ada satu pelajaran yang aku dapat is dat... 'All Evil are ignorant'.... hahaha..true man!.. senang cerita, penyebab kepada kejahatan adalah dari kejahilan... yelah,kalau takde ethics,how can u manage a good life?... In GOD we trust,dalam islam pun ada perbicaraan tentang Akhlak,meanings dat,kita kena ada ilmu,baru boleh hidup dalam harmony...

Best sebab ku dpt menyatakan kepada En Lan tentang wat have done last year..he recognise my nama,n ask me to do my best and dont makes history repeat itself..hehe..lawok..but he's really understanding,maybe dia pernah lalui banyak perkara masa dia jadi student dulu2..
Arini dia nampak kan clear perspective,what SM is all about..to educate people.teach them to think about serving,satisfying,fulfilling,understanding in daily action.
7 Ps : Product,price,place,promotion,people,process and physical evidence.
Kita halakan 7 Ps ni ke arah Non-monetory profit.halakan kepada sesuatu yang seperti kempen kerajaan untuk menyedarkan semua masyarakat tentang satu2 perkara such as Ops Sikap,kita membincangkan tentang cost yang terlibat dalam kempen,dan apa yang masyarakat perlu bayar untuk menjayakan kempen berikut,seterusnya kepada wheres the targeted places,how kerajaan promote their campaign,process flow and also evidence untuk menyokong kempen berikut.. Such a very valuable knowledge for me..dan di akhir nanti,suppose aku mampu to discuss about the weakness,the problem why campaign itu tidak berjaya memberikan pendidikan kepada masyarakat..

What is the price of education?
What sacrifice/value given up are made in acquiring a education service?
Where do you look for information of education?
Does it matter where u obtain the education product?
Would u like to be served by a teacher in single?
Is the registration process pleasent experience?
Compare public and private university,why are u ready to pay more?
The condition of the classroom,what do u think if a school with attap roofing?..sekian dulu

Makes my day happy coze : today is my luvly sista's bestday...n 1st time dalam kelas tak ngantuk..maybe hari pertama.. shud doa supaya kelakuan murni ku didalam kelas maintain dan ziadah till exam day nanti.amien
Ok... untuk MIS,there're 3 chapter covered by our lecturer.He's funny dan slumber..Ok,ikut rentak dia..hehe
Terkesan bila dia bentangkan tentang what is Knowledge work dan Knowledge worker.
Ok,Knowledge work is the INTELLECTUAL ACTIVITY that is performed by people upon data,information and knowledge in order to discover bus.options
Knowledge worker pula is a PROFESIONAL who performs knowledge work.cth,kita describe dan analyze data,evaluate information,n makes interpretation.
Cuma nya,untuk menjadikan Knowledge work ni di perform oleh mereka yang benar2 expert dan Pro dalam certain2 bidang ni,the Pro ni usually create work based on combination experience,ayat buku dan judgement mereka sendiri.Yang maksudnya adalah,types of knowledge ni ,ada dua..
